Refund Policy

All purchases from Soulthentic Energy programs, sessions, and digital products are final. Because this work involves immediate access to course materials, community spaces, and/or scheduled sessions, refunds are not offered under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend a live session, replays or materials (when available) will be provided, but missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or credited toward future programs.
For 1:1 sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. By enrolling, you acknowledge these terms and commit to showing up fully for your healing journey.
