What is an Inner Child
AND WHY DOES IT MATTER?
Your inner child is the part of you that holds your earliest emotional experiences, your innocence, playfulness, curiosity, and capacity for joy. It also carries the memories of your unmet needs, emotional wounds, and the moments when you didn’t feel safe, seen, or supported. This inner part of you is not just a concept - it actively influences how you think, feel, and respond today. It shows up in your fears, your desires, your triggers, your relationships, and even the way you speak to yourself.​ Inner Child healing is essential because the emotional imprints from childhood often create patterns like people-pleasing, self-sabotage, emotional shutdown, fear of abandonment, or perfectionism.

What is Somatic Healing
AND WHY DOES IT MATTER?

Somatic healing is a body-based approach that helps you release stored emotions, unresolved stress, and past trauma from your nervous system.
While talk therapy works with the mind, somatic work connects you to the felt sense of your body - your breath, sensations, tension, and instinctive responses - to support deep emotional release and lasting transformation. Your body remembers everything: the moments you felt unsafe, unheard, unseen, or overwhelmed. These experiences can get “stuck,” showing up as anxiety, shutdown, overthinking, or repeating emotional patterns. Somatic healing is essential because it gently guides you back into your body so you can process what has been held beneath the surface and create a new internal experience of safety, connection, and authenticity.

This 8-week program is your guided path to reconnecting with your body, healing your inner child, and transforming the emotional patterns that have been holding you back.
Through a gentle yet powerful blend of somatic practices, inner child healing, and intuitive guidance, you’ll learn how to:
