For years, I was deeply devoted to healing. I journaled, meditated, reflected, and immersed myself in inner child work to understand the pain and patterns rooted in my past. While this gave me awareness, I still found myself feeling stuck in the same emotional cycles, self-sabotaging behaviors, and nervous system overwhelm. No matter how much I understood mentally, something inside me still felt unresolved.

Everything changed when I discovered somatic healing.

I realized that trauma isn’t only stored in the mind—it’s carried within the body. The anxiety, shutdown, hypervigilance, emotional triggers, and disconnection I experienced weren’t signs that I was broken; they were survival responses my body had never learned it was safe to release. Through nervous system regulation, body-based healing, emotional processing, and reconnecting with the wisdom of my inner child, I finally began to experience true transformation—not just awareness, but embodiment.

That journey completely changed my life and became the foundation of the work I now guide others through.

Today, as a Somatic & Intuitive Inner Child Healing Coach, I help women release the emotional weight they’ve been carrying, reconnect with their bodies, heal the wounded parts of themselves, and break free from the patterns keeping them stuck. My mission is to help women feel safe enough within themselves to soften, trust, heal, and fully embody the woman they are becoming.
